Further this innovation was aimed at CKDu areas, to supply good quality drinking water for a cheaper price.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u2018Bronze Award\u2019 (Won overall third place of all the competition) <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2018First Place\u2019 under the \u2018Energy and Environment\u2019 category <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Team Members<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prof. Pathmalal Manage<\/li>\n<li>Sathya Ganegoda<\/li>\n<li>Gayani Yashodara Liyanage<\/li>\n<li>Chandimal Alahakoon<\/li>\n<li>Abinayan Illango<\/li>\n<li>Buddika Kumara<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(2) Textile waste water treatment unit<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This was designed to provide a solution to textile dye waste waste treatment as an industrial application using native microbes. Discussions with several textile industries have been carried out to share the knowledge and the innovation to create a more environmentally friendly green industrial zone.<br \/>\nWon the \u2018Third Place\u2019 under the \u2018Energy and Environment\u2019 category<br \/>\n<em>Team Members<\/em><br \/>\nSnr.
