Encylopaedic Dictionary of Humanities and Social Science Research- Volume I
One of the biggest challenges faced by academics conducting research in Sinhala is the difficulty in finding Sinhala equivalents for research-related terminology. As a step towards addressing this problem, the Multidisciplinary research center started a special project in 2017 to compile an Encylopaedic Dictionary of Humanities and Social Science Research, the first volume of which was published in 2019. Many distinguished scholars in the Sri Lankan university system have contributed to this task.
The Dictionary will be published in two volumes. The first volume consists of annotations from A-O, while the second volume is currently underway.
